Services are available by appointment. Upon booking, clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation. We will be unable to book your appointment with out a credit card guarantee. Please keep in mind that payment is due at the time of service, we do not accept any form of insurance.
A valid credit card is required to hold an appointment at VITAHL.
VITAHL has a 24-hour cancellation policy. $50 fee per appointment booked will be charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments not cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss a pre-paid package appointment, we will charge $50 fee to the credit card on file. Missing or cancelling multiple appointments may be subject to more penalty fees.
Service packages and pre-paid treatments are not subject to refunds. Packages and pre-paid treatments are good for 1 year after date of purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services at VITAHL.
In the event that a client is not satisfied with a skin care product or unable to use a skin care product, it can be returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase.
Street parking is available in Cherry Creek North for a small fee. Below you will find a link to public parking garages in Cherry Creek North.
Street parking is available or there are several paid parking lots and garages located within a short walk of our office. Beginning at 5:00 pm daily, valet is available in front of our building as well.
VITAHL takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff at VITAHL will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.
Tipping and Gratuity
VITAHL is a non-tipping facility. Tipping is not customary at VITAHL because we are a medical facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.
It is at the patient’s discretion to inquire about all treatment and or surgery costs.
