Our VITAHL team have missed you all so much! As we re-open in May, we know things will look different. VITAHL is a medical practice and, as always, patient safety is our top priority. We ask that you please read through the entirety of this email before attending your appointment and adhere to these protocols.

If you are already scheduled for an appointment, we are expecting you at your scheduled time. We will be calling or texting your confirmation. Protocols VITAHL will be taking:

  • VITAHL staff will wear masks throughout the office.
  • We will be maintaining social distancing guidelines of 6-8 feet.
  • We will be taking temperature checks of patients at the time of check-in and preforming a questionnaire.
  • We will be limiting the number of patients and staff in the office at any given time.
  • We will limit the number of patients in our waiting room.
  • We will not offer water and tea service during this time to limit exposure between staff and patients.
  • We will continue to wear gloves during each treatment.
  • We will continue to sanitize each treatment room after every single patient.
  • We will continue to use hospital-grade sanitizing wipes to disinfect the entire office with extra focus on high touch areas.

Protocols patients are asked to take:

  • If you have COVID-like symptoms (cough, fever, muscle aches, loss of taste, or smell) or have been around anyone with symptoms, please call or email VITAHL to cancel your appointment.
  • We ask that you arrive at your appointment with a mask on.
  • Please do not arrive early to your appointment to help keep the number of people in the office at a minimum.
  • Please do not bring anyone to your appointment with you, including family or friends.
  • Please try to avoid any walk-in requests to the offices. If you need any products, please call and we will provide curbside pickup.
  • Please utilize our private garage at our Cherry Creek office to limit exposure throughout the office. This may be accessed by calling our front desk.
