Services are available by appointment. Upon booking, clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation. We will be unable to book your appointment with out a credit card guarantee. Please keep in mind that payment is due at the time of service, we do not accept any form of insurance.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required for all consultations. This deposit is applied towards treatment costs or can be used to purchase products if you decide not to move forward with treatment. If you no show, cancel, or reschedule your appointment within our 24-hour cancellation policy, the deposit will be applied toward our cancellation fee.
All appointments require a credit card on file to reserve your time. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours will result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the card on file, and multiple missed or late cancellations may incur additional fees at the practice’s discretion. For neurotoxin treatments (Botox, Dysport, etc.), a minimum service charge of 20 units applies.
Shaving 24-hours prior to any Laser Hair Removal treatment is required for all appointments. Patients who neglect to shave before treatment will be turned away. If there is an adequate amount of time available to shave the area, a $100 shaving fee will be incurred for this service. If the patient denies the $100 shaving fee, then there will be a $100 cancellation fee applied for a same-day cancellation/reschedule.
Service packages and pre-paid treatments are not subject to refunds. Packages and pre-paid treatments are good for 1 year after date of purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services at VITAHL.
In the event that a client is not satisfied with a skin care product or unable to use a skin care product, it can be returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase.

Street parking is available or there are several paid parking lots and garages located within a short walk of our office. Beginning at 5:00 pm daily, valet is available in front of our building as well.
VITAHL takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff at VITAHL will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.
VITAHL is a non-tipping facility. Tipping is not customary at VITAHL because we are a medical facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.
It is at the patient’s discretion to inquire about all treatment and or surgery costs.
