Put on the finishing touches with TruSculpt
At VITAHL Medical Aesthetics, we utilize the latest in non-surgical body contouring to help you restore confidence in your body without having to experience any recovery or downtime. We are the first practice in Denver as well as the state to offer truSculpt™ body contouring treatments. This procedure utilizes non-invasive radiofrequency energy for a safe and effective experience that helps you achieve your aesthetic goals without any post-treatment discomfort.
What is TruSculpt™?
The benefits of non-invasive radiofrequency energy are gaining popularity in aesthetic treatments. Radiofrequency energy has the ability to surpass with the surface of the skin and target underlying fat cells without damaging or injuring surrounding skin, connective tissues, nerves, or blood vessels. Once underneath the skin, the radiofrequency energy converts to gentle heat, destroying fat cells in the subcutaneous layer.
The destroyed cells are then gradually removed by the body over the course of about three months, resulting in improving shape and body contours.
What Does TruSculpt™ Treat?
This safe and comfortable treatment can be used on multiple areas of the body, including the:
- Love handles
- And more!
These treatments are comfortable, quick, and can take as little as 15 minutes to an hour depending on the areas being treated. These treatment options can be discussed with Dr. Humes and our medical team during your consultation.
Who is a Good Candidate for TruSculpt™?
Men and women who are at or near their target body weight, who have areas of excess fat, who have no contraindicating medical conditions, and who have realistic treatment goals and expectations may be good candidates for this procedure. During your consultation, Dr. Humes and our medical team will evaluate your individual condition and determine if truSculpt™ is right for you.
Are There Any Side Effects?
Radiofrequency is non-ablative, meaning it will not damage the skin, but treated areas may be slightly pink or flushed afterward. This treatment is generally safe for all skin types, but Dr. Humes and our medical team will discuss any additional safety information with you prior to treatment. Most patients are able to return to work and normal activities afterward without major complications.
